 ill present their 17th Annual Black History Celebration Program featuring 
 Women’s History on Tuesday\, March 20th at 10:00 a.m. in the UTSI Auditori
 um.</p>\n<p>Featured guest speaker will be The Honorable Hazel R. O’Leary.
   She was named the 14th President of Fisk University in 2004 and served a
 s Energy Secretary under President Bill Clinton.  She will address the the
 me “A Journey to Success.”</p>\n<p>The program will include special music 
 and a reception following.  The UTSI Celebration is free and the public is
