Funeral services for Mrs. Polly Alzorda Arnold Wiser, age 89 of Manchester, will be conducted Friday, March 9, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Brother Ron Fuller officiating.
Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation with the family will be held Thursday evening from 5:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Wiser passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Golden Living Center of Winchester.
She was born December 1, 1922 in Coffee County, TN the daughter of the late William and Flora Pendelton Arnold. She enjoyed participating in the planned activities at Kingwood Arms where she had lived for many years. She also enjoyed babysitting for small babies.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, J. T. Wiser; five brothers, Dallas, Ridley, Dalon, Jewel and Oakley Arnold; and three sisters, Artie Wilson, Birda Cargile, and Thelma McNalley.
She is survived by her daughter, Doris McCormick of Hillsboro; one sister, Mildred Munsey of Manchester; two grandchildren, Cindy Nadeau and her husband, Mark of Hillsboro and Randy McCormick and his wife, Kathy of Hillsboro; five great grandchildren, Amie Keele and her husband, Donald, Todd McCormick, Katie McCormick, Lauren Nadeau and Nicholas Nadeau, all of Hillsboro.
