Join Park at the Grundy Forest  Pavilion for a fun interpretive talk and demonstration on how to recognize  edible plants!  Bring an appetite.

“Stayin’ Alive!” A Beginners Guide to Backpacking – Jr. Ranger Safety
Meet Ranger Aaron at Savage Gulf picnic area for an informative talk for beginning backpackers.  Come learn the essentials to a fun and successful trip in the backcountry.
8:30 p.m.
Introduction to Astronomy
Meet Park at the Visitor’s Center Pavilion for a look into the wonders of the night sky. Bring a flashlight and binoculars/telescope if you have them.
